Board of Directors

Mr. Charron has acted as board member for a number of publicly traded mining companies over the last 20 years. Most recently, Mr. Charron was a board member of Osisko Metals Inc. (previously Bowmore Exploration Ltd.) from 2009 to 2019, Nadoli Capital (Brunswick Exploration Ltd.) and Typhoon Exploration. Mr. Charron graduated from the University of Montreal (HEC) in 1988 and is a chartered professional accountant (CPA). Previously worked for a number of international professional accounting firms, including Deloitte. He presently practices as a tax specialist in Montreal for both private and public companies.

Mr. Gariepy is a geological engineer with over 30 years of international mining experience, including substantial experience in Québec and Latin America. Mr. Gariepy was most recently, Vice President, Exploration of O3 Mining Inc. and was instrumental in the development of the Marban Project, an advanced gold exploration project The successful advancement of O3 Mining led to its acquisition by Canadian mining giant Agnico-Eagle in March 2025. Previously, Mr. Gariepy served as Exploration Manager of Anglo American PLC in Peru during which time he was instrumental in the delineation of their exploration programs and contributed to the discovery of the world class Quellaveco property, today one of the largest copper deposits in Peru. Mr. Gariepy also served as Exploration Manager with IAMGOLD Corporation in Peru, developing several projects from 2005 to 2012. He has also contributed to making the Cerro Lindo VMS deposit a world-class mining asset while he was working for Compañia Minera Milpo, from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Gariepy began his professional career as a mining explorationist with Noranda Inc. in Quebec from 1986 to 1997.

Mr. Huggins has over 25 years of experience working with mining, technology and capital equipment companies in management, business development and operational roles. His early career began as a regional exploration geologist for Homestake around the Eskay Creek, Snip Mine, Stewart and Dease Lake Camps. Over the past decade, Mr. Huggins developed and delivered innovative capital equipment and financial solutions for surface and underground mining operations across NWT and Yukon and managed Global and National Caterpillar accounts while at Finning Canada. Mr. Huggins is currently the CEO of Collective Metals Inc. and C2C Gold Corp.

Mr. Horsley has over 19 years of public markets experience focused on finance, investor relations, marketing, management, and merger and acquisitions. Mr. Horsley has served as a director and a consultant to several public and private companies and has experience in a variety of industries, including mineral exploration, telecom, consumer packaged goods, e-sports and technology.
